Welcome! We are Chris and Nikki Falgout, the hearts behind R&S Catering. From our first meeting in the kitchen of an Olive Garden, all the way till now, we have been a team through and through. The proud parents of 2 beautiful little girls, Rosie and Ellie, we lead our business the same as we lead our family, with a love for Jesus and a passion for service.

With the opening of Rise and Swine in 2022, the food truck that started it all, we began our lifelong journey of culinary discovery. Our deep passion for flavor, and a genuine heart for serving others, has led us to the creation of R&S Catering. With over 40 years combined experience in hospitality, we think of everything, so you don't have to! We know that options for food and catering are endless, so we don't take your decision to choose us lightly. We treat you like family, because to us, you are.
